Setup, Anchoring & Cleaning Standards

We deliver rentals that are clean, and we install specific items to ensure they’re secured properly. This page explains what we set up, what’s eligible for pickup, surface rules (stakes vs sandbags vs water barrels), and our cleaning standards.

What We Set Up (Not Eligible for Customer Pickup)

For safety and liability reasons, some items must be delivered and installed by our team. This ensures the equipment is installed correctly and secured properly.

Bounce Houses / Inflatables

  • Delivered and set up by our team
  • Not eligible for customer pickup
  • Secured with stakes or sandbags (based on surface)

20x20 Tent

  • Delivered and set up by our team
  • Not eligible for customer pickup
  • Secured using water barrels (1 per pole)

Customer provides water for the barrels (we provide the barrels).

Inflatables Setup Requirements (Power & Water)

Power Required

  • All inflatables require power.
  • We need access to a wall outlet (not only an extension cord).
  • We provide extension cords: 50 ft up to 100 ft if needed.

Hose Access (Some Inflatables)

  • Some inflatables require hose access (for water features).
  • Please let us know in advance if you’ll be using water.

If power or water access isn’t available, setup may be delayed or the inflatable may not be usable as intended.

Surface & Anchoring Rules

When you place your order, please tell us what surface we’ll be installing on. This helps us bring the correct anchoring equipment. If you do not want stakes, select concrete/rocks so we bring sandbags or water barrels instead.

Grass / Dirt

  • We may use stakes where appropriate (if allowed).
  • We can also use sandbags or water barrels depending on the item.
  • For the 20x20 tent, we can use a mix of stakes and water barrels depending on surface.

Concrete / Rocks / Pavers

  • No stakes.
  • 10x10 & 10x20 canopies: sandbags.
  • 20x20 tent: water barrels (1 per pole) — customer provides water.

Turf (Artificial Grass)

We do not place stakes on turf. Turf installs are secured using sandbags (canopies) or water barrels (20x20 tent).

Safety note: if underground utilities/irrigation are a concern, please let us know where to avoid staking.

Table, Chair & Tablecloth Setup Pricing (Delivery Only)

Tables and chairs are typically delivered for customer setup. If you’d like our team to set up and tear down, we offer a simple add-on price. Delivery orders only (not available for customer pickups).

Basic setup & tear down means:
  • We place tables/chairs where you tell us.
  • We do not measure spacing between tables or chairs.
  • When finished, we’ll confirm you’re happy and can make minor adjustments.

For schools or business setups, please let us know in the comment section during checkout so we can plan accordingly.

Restacking Policy (If Setup/Tear Down Was Not Selected)

If setup/tear down was not selected, we expect tables, chairs, and tablecloths to be stacked the same way we delivered them so pickup is quick and fair for everyone.

  • If items are not stacked the same way, a $25 flat restacking fee applies.
  • If our team ends up doing setup/tear down work on-site, the setup/tear down fee also applies (based on quantity).
