Customer Pickup Guide (Read Before You Arrive)
Many customers choose pickup to save on delivery. This guide explains pickup location, payment rules, pickup/return times, what items are eligible for pickup, and how to transport your rentals safely.

Pickup & Return Times
Pickup
Pickup time is scheduled with your order confirmation. Please arrive during your confirmed pickup window and text us when you arrive.
Important: Bring your ID (must match the order name).
Returns
- Next-day returns: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Same-day returns: allowed if returned by 9:00 PM
If you need a special return arrangement, text us as soon as possible.
Pickup Location & Arrival Instructions
When You Arrive
- Park in the driveway.
- Text us upon arrival so we can bring your order out.
- Have your ID ready (must match order name).

If Someone Else Is Picking Up
Please notify us in advance. The pickup person must show a valid ID and we must have their name on file before releasing the order.
Payment Policies for Pickup Orders
Deposit (Reserves Your Items)
- 50% deposit is required to reserve inventory.
- If deposit is not received, your order remains a quote.
- Quotes do not hold inventory.
Remaining Balance (Due at Pickup)
Remaining balance must be paid in full at pickup. If payment isn’t ready, items will not be released and you agree to forfeit your deposit.

- Credit/Debit Card: 3% processing fee applies
- Cash: exact amount only (no change available)
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled pickup, your deposit is forfeited after a 1-hour grace period.
Reschedules (Raincheck)
Need to reschedule? Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a raincheck credit that can be used for up to 12 months. Inventory must be available for the new date. If the new order total is higher, you will pay the difference to secure the new order.

Transportation & Safety (Customer Responsibility)
Pickup customers are responsible for transporting and securing items safely. We do not provide straps, moving blankets, or loading assistance.
Vehicle Fit
- You are responsible if items do not fit in your vehicle.
- For larger orders, we recommend a large SUV or truck.
- Some items (like chairs and a few tables) may fit in a sedan — ask us first.

Proper Handling
- Use equipment only for its intended purpose.
- Keep equipment away from flames/heat sources.
- Place equipment on solid, level surfaces.
- Do not stand on or tilt tables/chairs.
- In windy conditions, take down pop-up canopies immediately.
Tablecloth Handling (Important)
Return Dirty Linens Correctly
- Place all dirty linens into the provided linen bags.
- Do not return wet linens in tubs or plastic bags (mold risk).
- Shake out food/particles before bagging.
Damage / Stains
Linens with burns, tears, wax, or permanent stains may incur replacement costs.
Returns, Missing Items & Fees
Return Condition
Please return items clean and organized. A minimum $50 cleaning fee may apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty.
Missing Items (Replacement)
- Missing items may be billed after 48 hours.
- If missing items are returned within 1 week, the replacement charge will be fully refunded.
Damage Fees
Damage repair fees are based on the damage and will be invoiced accordingly. Please keep items secure and protected.
Theft / Vandalism
If theft, vandalism, or damage occurs due to illegal activity, a police report is required.
