We keep delivery simple and professional. Most deliveries are driveway or curbside. If you want us to place items in the backyard, we can do it free of charge when access is clear and safe.

Delivery Basics
- Standard drop-off: driveway or curbside delivery.
- We communicate by text: we’ll send updates and a heads-up before arrival when possible.
- Keep it accessible: please make sure the delivery area is clear and safe.
If you have special notes (gate code, parking, dogs, etc.) add them during checkout or message us.
Free Backyard Placement (When Access Is Clear)
Want us to place items in your backyard? We’re happy to do it free of charge as long as we can safely roll our equipment through.
What we need from you
- A gate wide enough for our chair cart and dollies
- A clean, clear path to the backyard
- No trash cans, bikes, furniture, or clutter blocking the route
- Safe access (no hazards that could damage items or cause injury)
Examples of “clear access”
- Gate unlocked and opens fully
- Path is flat enough for rolling carts
- Trash cans moved out of the way before we arrive
- Pets secured so our team can move safely
If Access Is Blocked
If the backyard (or any requested placement area) is blocked or not safely accessible when we arrive, we’ll do one of the following:
Option 1: Driveway / Curbside Drop-Off
We’ll deliver to the driveway or curbside so your event stays on track.
Option 2: Carry Fee (If Requested)
If you still want us to carry items beyond the accessible area, a carry fee may apply depending on distance, stairs, obstacles, and time.
Our goal is to keep things fair, safe, and on schedule for everyone.
Customer Pickup
Some items are available for customer pickup. Pickup details and instructions are provided after booking. Please be ready to show ID at pickup and secure your load safely.
