Step-by-Step: How Booking Works

1) Choose your rentals

Select the items you need (chairs, tables, canopies, bounce houses, and more) and add them to your cart.

2) Enter your event date and times (Important)

When booking, enter:

  • Event Start Time: the time your event starts (or the time you plan to start setting up)
  • Event End Time: the time your event ends

These times help us plan delivery routes and ensure your rentals arrive with enough time. If road delays or route changes happen, we will communicate with you and keep you updated.

3) Choose Delivery or Customer Pickup

During checkout, choose the option that works best for you. For full details, see our Delivery & Pickup page.

4) Enter your contact + event details

Next, you’ll enter your information so we can confirm and deliver your order correctly. Please double-check spelling and your phone number.

Customer Information

  • Name
  • Cell phone number (we text delivery updates to this number)
  • Email (order confirmations and invoices)

Event Details

  • Event address (for delivery orders)
  • Event start time and end time
  • Any helpful notes (gate code, parking instructions, backyard access, etc.)

Important: Our team will text the phone number entered. Please make sure it’s a cell phone so you receive updates.

5) Reserve your order with a deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or at delivery/pickup. For full details, see our Pricing, Deposits & Fees page.

6) Delivery updates and arrival notifications

We typically send a message 30 minutes before arrival. If anything changes (traffic, route updates, unexpected delays), we will communicate with you.
