Step-by-Step: How Booking Works
1) Choose your rentals
Browse by category and add items to your cart: chairs, tables, tents & canopies, heaters & coolers, lawn games, tablecloths, throne chairs, marquee letters, and bounce houses.
2) Enter your event date & times
Your times help us plan routes so we can deliver with enough time for setup. Jump to: What Times To Enter.
3) Choose Delivery or Customer Pickup
During checkout, select the option that fits your event. See details here: Delivery & Pickup.
4) Reserve your order with a deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before or at delivery/pickup. See: Deposit & Payments.
Important: What Times Should I Enter When Booking?
Event Start Time
Enter the time your event begins (or the time you plan to start setting up). We plan routes to arrive with enough time for you to set up comfortably.
Event End Time
Enter the time your event ends. This helps us plan pickup timing (or next-day pickup if applicable).
If traffic or route changes happen, we communicate with you and keep you updated by text. Please enter a cell phone number at checkout.
Delivery & Customer Pickup
Delivery
- We deliver across Glendale, Phoenix, Peoria & nearby cities.
- We typically send a text about 30 minutes before arrival.
- We aim to arrive with enough time before your start time to make setup easy.
(Optional) Add your gate code / parking notes during checkout.
Customer Pickup
- Pickup is available for select items (based on your order).
- We’ll confirm pickup details after you place the order.
- Please be ready to show ID at pickup (recommended best practice).
Pickup location: Glendale, AZ (see your receipt / confirmation).
Deposit & Payments
50% Deposit
Required to reserve your date and hold your items.
Remaining Balance
Due before or at delivery / pickup (depending on the order).
