One Package, Everything You Need
This package includes one 60-inch round table and 8 white folding chairs — a simple, ready-to-go setup for weddings, quinceañeras, birthday parties, and more. A 60" round table can technically seat up to 10 guests, but we recommend keeping it to 8. That extra breathing room matters once centerpieces, place settings, and everyday elbow room come into play — your guests will thank you.
Not sure round is right for your layout? If you're trying to seat more guests in a tighter footprint — under a tent, in a smaller yard, or in a venue with a fixed room size — a rectangular table often fits more efficiently. Surfaces & Setup
The table and chairs work on grass, gravel, indoor floors, and patios. We keep every piece in good condition so nothing scratches your surface. You can set them up yourself, or have our team do it for you — either way, our standard drop-off is curbside.
Placement Beyond Curbside
Want the table and chairs placed in your backyard or inside your home? We're happy to — as long as the pathway is clear of trash cans, toys, and other obstacles. For upper floors, we need elevator access with enough room for our chair dolly. Extra-difficult carries may include an additional fee.
Before We Arrive
Please clear a path free of clutter for our delivery team, and keep pets inside or in a secure area. We love animals, but our team is often moving heavy items through open gates — it's safer for everyone that way.
Delivery Timing
Deliveries start at 7 AM, and we aim to arrive at least an hour before your event. You'll get a text when our team is on the way. Many customers choose evening-before delivery, typically between 6–8 PM. Booking at a venue, park, or Airbnb? Select "exact time delivery" at checkout — those locations usually require us to arrive at a specific time.
Round Out Your Table
This table and chair set pairs beautifully with linens and table runners for a finished look. Hosting outdoors? Consider adding shade and airflow with one of our tents and a swamp cooler to keep guests comfortable. Setup is optional and available as an add-on if you'd rather leave it to our team.

Round tables are great for conversation and a classic look, but they use more floor space per guest than rectangular tables. If you're working with a tight backyard, garage, or tent and want to seat more people in less room, our 8 ft rectangular table is usually the more efficient choice.
Delivery & Logistics
Both options are available. Our standard delivery is curbside drop-off, and you're welcome to set everything up yourself. If you'd rather our team handle setup and breakdown, that's available as an add-on ($2 per table, $1 per chair) — just let us know when you book.

A 50% deposit secures your booking. That deposit is non-refundable, but we understand life happens — we offer a 12-month rain check if weather makes it unsafe to hold your event.
Weather & Add-Ons
For hot West Valley days, pair this package with one of our swamp coolers to keep guests comfortable. If shade or rain protection is a concern, one of our tents is worth adding too — both are easy to book alongside your table and chairs.
