If you're just renting a few tables and chairs for a smaller gathering, a couple of weeks' notice is usually enough. Whatever you're planning, book as soon as you have a date to make sure it's available.

Your 50% deposit reserves your items exclusively for your date, and bookings are non-refundable. Many of our items — including seasonal rentals like swamp coolers — can't be re-booked on short notice once they're reserved for your event.

For tents and canopies specifically: if wind conditions make it unsafe for us to set up (our general guideline is around 25 MPH, though this can vary by location), we'll offer a 12-month rain check instead of setting up in unsafe conditions. This weather policy applies only to tents and canopies — it doesn't extend to tables, chairs, or other rental items. If severe weather affects your event in another way, reach out and we'll do what we can to work with you.
