Delivery & placement
Our standard delivery is curbside. If you'd like the chairs placed in a backyard or another spot, our team is happy to help as long as there's a clear path — please move trash cans, toys, or anything else blocking the way beforehand. For deliveries to a second floor, third floor, or anywhere requiring stairs, we need access to a working elevator; if our team has to carry items up stairs or through a difficult access point, an additional charge may apply.

Clear the delivery path of anything in the way, and please keep pets inside or somewhere secure. We love animals, but our team is often moving heavy chairs through gates that need to stay open, so a secured pet keeps everyone safe.
Delivery timing
Deliveries start at 7 AM, and we aim to have your chairs there at least an hour before your event. Our driver will text you when they're on the way. Many customers choose evening-before delivery instead — if that's you, expect your chairs between 6–8 PM the night before.
