    How much does GRAD cost?
    GRAD is priced at $55 per letter — $220 total for all four letters. A delivery fee applies based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. No surprises beyond that.
    Can I add more letters or numbers to my order?
    Absolutely — and we encourage it. Adding your grad's year (2026), their initials, or their school abbreviation makes the setup completely unique. Each additional letter or number is $55.
    Do the letters work indoors and outdoors?
    Yes. Our marquee letters look incredible both indoors and outdoors. Just make sure there's a standard power outlet accessible nearby.
    What areas do you serve?

    Yes — parks and public venues can make for a beautiful backdrop. However, many parks and public spaces in the Phoenix area require a special event permit before vendors can set up. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any required permits prior to the event date. If you're planning a public location, please mention it in the comments when you book so we can coordinate accordingly and make sure everything goes smoothly.
    What happens if it rains or gets windy?
    Weather happens — we get it. If you're concerned about Phoenix monsoon winds or unexpected rain, contact us before your event. We'll work with you on safe placement or rescheduling options so you're not left guessing on the day of your celebration.
