Can I add setup or a damage waiver?+

Yes to both. Table and chair setup/teardown is an optional add-on ($1 per chair, $2 per table); tents and swamp coolers include setup in the base price. A damage waiver can also be added or removed at checkout, whichever you prefer.

What happens if it's windy on my event day?+

For tents and canopies, if wind conditions (around 25 MPH) make setup unsafe, you may become eligible for a 12-month rain check at our discretion. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable.

Are your tables and chairs cleaned before delivery?+

Yes — every table, chair, and linen is inspected and cleaned before it goes out, so your setup looks fresh for your event.
