  No — the balloon garland is an add-on for $475. You choose the colors. Select it during the booking process when you're ready to add it.

• Do I need to provide power? +

  Just one standard electrical outlet. This 4-letter set daisy chains together and runs off a single outlet. We bring all cable extensions and hardware — nothing extra needed on your end.

• Do these letters work for indoor venue events? +

  Yes — these are built for ballrooms, banquet halls, and elegant indoor venues. The warm LED glow is especially dramatic in low-light settings, making them a standout backdrop for photos and video.

• What if my event is outdoors and I don't have access to electricity? +

  Delivery is calculated at checkout based on distance from our Glendale AZ location. We serve Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Laveen, Surprise, and surrounding areas.

• What is your cancellation policy? +

  A 50% deposit holds your date. If you need to reschedule, we offer a 12-month rain check. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.
