Before we arrive
Our standard delivery is curbside. Want them placed elsewhere? We're glad to — just keep the path clear of trash cans, toys, or other clutter, and keep pets indoors or somewhere secure. Our crew loves animals, but gates sometimes need to stay open while we're carrying items, so a secure spot keeps everyone safe.
Delivery & timing
Deliveries start at 7am and we aim to arrive at least an hour before your event. Our driver will text you when they're on the way. Many customers choose delivery the evening before, and if that's you, we'll deliver between 6–8pm. Booking through a venue or Airbnb with a strict delivery window? Choose "specific time delivery" at checkout.

Yes! Secure your date early with your best estimate. You can increase your chair count up to 3 days before your delivery date.
We require a 50% deposit to lock in your date. While deposits are non-refundable, if you need to cancel or reschedule, your payment converts into a rain check valid for up to 12 months for any future event.
You can protect yourself from unexpected repair or replacement costs by adding our optional Damage Waiver at checkout. This covers minor, unintentional damage that may happen during normal use at your event.
